KIKI Health Organic Shiitake Mushroom Extract Powder (50g)

A hot-water extract of organic shiitake (Lentinula edodes) made only from the mushroom's fruiting bodies, grown on wood as they would be in the wild. No mycelium, grain, starch or fillers, standardised to 30% beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides.

• Fine powder that stirs easily into drinks and food

How to use: add about half a teaspoon (1g) to hot water, coffee, tea, smoothies or porridge, or sprinkle over food.
